Trauma & EMDR Therapy

When the past still feels present, we go gently.

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients safely process trauma, anxiety, or painful memories that still affect day-to-day life. EMDR is especially powerful for PTSD, emotional neglect, and relational wounds — and it doesn’t require retelling every detail of your story.

Recent or past trauma.

Specialized EMDR available for:

  • Single-incident and complex trauma

  • Medical trauma or caregiver burnout

  • Childhood emotional neglect

  • Attachment wounds

  • EMDR intensives (optional for deeper work in shorter time)
